I can't believe I didn't take more pictures of my mom and sister! We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that overlooked a heated pool and jacuzzi which was vacant all the time. Our favorite view was the beautiful Beach!
The Boys LOVED playing in the sand!! Evan knew to be a little scared of the water and to respect it, but Pierson was a Wild-Man running straight into it!! He wasn't scared at all....which made me Nervous!
What was actually really sad and kind of put a damper on the trip-- a teenage boy actually drowned in the water right near us! There were helicopters and search teams, but the water was a little rough and he drowned! We actually had to move all of our stuff because of all the rescue/search jeeps and cars coming on to the beach!
My favorite memory from this trip is the times that we just spent at the beach resting and just spending time together as we watched the boys play. Is there anything more peaceful than a beach trip when hardly anyone is around? The boys loved being on the balcony and viewing the beach and pool! Evan even through his binoculars in the pool! Crazy boy!
We did have the best time and the boys STILL talk about being at the beach and staying in the hotel with Aunt Jen and Naya!
We made sure to take some time to take good pictures of the boys...and the boys and me! (I still haven't taken the time to edit them, oh well!) I can't believe how much the boys have already grown since these pictures were taken! Tear, sniff!
Of course our favorite thing to do was be at the beach, but we also loved the Shopping!! My mom stayed with the boys while they napped, and me and Jen went shopping at the Outlets! We LOVE Myrtle Beach! Excited about going back at the end of the month for our Couples Retreat!
We didn't plan to actually get in---but when we got to the pool the boys begged us! It was a little chilly that day (late April) but the pool felt so good!
