SNOW DAY 2010

We had so much fun in the snow today. Evan LOVED playing in the snow. We had to bribe him with candy to make him come inside or else we would have witnessed a major terrible two's meltdown! It was so weird not going to church on a Sunday. It was the first Sunday since Myron and I have been married (almost 7 years) that we were both home. It was just weird. But it was so nice, too. It was nice to try and relax and not do so much housework and projects for a change.

There is nothing better than watching the joy on your almost-two-year-old little boy's face as he plays in the snow for the first time. He did get to see snow last year...but he was aroud 9 months, so he didn't really get to play much. Evan loves the snow. He goes to the window and says in a loud voice "side" "side"..and then "snoooowwww"...in the cutest little voice. As you can tell from the video and pictures, we had a blast. Hoping to play in the snow more tomorrow and get some pictures of my little buddies.

Days like this make me thankful for God's goodness on my life, and for giving me a wonderful husband and boys to share it with!
